About our services
Do you quote prices over the phone?
There is a $29 trip fee. Because a lock, a car, and a door can each hide a different problem, the tech gives you the price for the work once they have seen it, before starting. On the phone we tell you what we need to know and whether the job is something we do.
Which service do I need if I am not sure?
Call and describe what the key, lock, or car is doing. A key that turns but will not open the door, a lock that sticks, and a key that went missing can each point to a different job, and we will sort that out with you before we drive over.
Do you handle cars, homes, and businesses?
Yes. Automotive work covers lockouts, car keys, fobs, and ignitions. Residential work covers lockouts, rekeying, and new or repaired locks. Commercial work covers business doors, master key systems, and safes.
Can I book a time ahead, or is it all emergencies?
Both. Rekeying a house after a move, installing a deadbolt, and planning a key system are all things you can schedule by phone. Lockouts and broken keys usually cannot wait, so we treat those first.
Where do you work?
We come to you across Sacramento and the surrounding communities. The full list is on our service areas page.
