About where we work
Is there a charge for driving to my area?
There is a $29 trip fee on every visit, wherever in our coverage area you are. Once the tech has seen the work, you get the price for it before they start.
What if my street or town is not listed?
Call anyway. The list covers the places we work most, but the area is not a hard line. Give us the address and we will say whether we can take the job.
Are all of these cities?
No. Sacramento, Citrus Heights, Roseville, Elk Grove, Folsom, and Rancho Cordova are cities. Carmichael, Fair Oaks, Orangevale, Arden-Arcade, North Highlands, Antelope, and Rio Linda are unincorporated communities. We work all of them the same way.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No. We are a mobile service based in Sacramento, so the work happens where you are. See all our services for what we can do at your door.
Is Roseville outside Sacramento County?
Yes. Roseville is in Placer County, just north of the Sacramento County line, and we serve it the same way as the Sacramento County areas.
