How we work
We do not have a storefront. Everything happens where you are: at the car in a parking lot, at the front door of a house, at the back entrance of an office. You call, you tell us what is going on, and we drive to you.

How we handle price
There is a $29 trip fee on every visit. Once the tech has seen the work, they tell you the price for it, and the job starts only after you have heard it. We do not guess a price on the phone for a job nobody has looked at yet.
Who we help
Anyone with a legitimate reason to be let in. For a lockout we will ask you to show that the car, home, or building is yours or that you are authorized to be there. It is a quick check that protects owners from the wrong person getting through a door.
